What type of fire accelerate would not affect a garden's soil?

A tree fell down in our garden this past winter, now we are stuck with a brush pile in the middle of our garden. The wood is still green and cannot be burnt without any type of accelerate. Is there any fire accelerate that would not affect the soil of a garden?
